Although wisdom has been researched for a long time in the education fields, the research on the personal practice wisdom of the teacher has just been becoming a hot topic recently. With advancement of the elementary education curriculum reform, the deep contradiction and the deviation which the new curriculum are meeting hide the insufficiency of the personal practice wisdom of the teacher, while discussions on the teacher specialized development theory to be in the ascendant also make the personal practice wisdom research of the teacher have to be put forward. How is the teacher controlled by the practice wisdom of the teacher self on earth? What elements restrict the formation and development of the personal practice wisdom of the teacher? These problems have been showing the special valences and the significances at the present.The thesis revives the development course of the personal practice wisdom of the teacher research in the national and international from 1970 s. It tries to find the real elements influencing the development of the personal practice wisdom of the teacher through the research to backbone teacher and provides real vivid materials and feasible suggestions for the teacher professional development.This thesis is divided into four parts altogether: Part one is the introduction. It mainly discusses the causes of problem, the methods and its value. Part two deals with the practice wisdom and the pursuit of the teacher. The problems were put forward on the basis of the document summary of the previous research. Part three explores classroom scene. It reveals the existence situation of the teacher wisdom in the reality through five dialogues of the teacher classroom-dialogue with himself (analyses of the teacher s history); dialogue with the educational object; dialogue with the school; dialogue with the society. Part four is the consideration on the real influence elements of the personal practice wisdom of the teacher. It reveals the subjective and objective influence elements of restricting the teacher practice wisdom development. The consideration and the summary were made on its basis.
