Fair Dimension On Hamony Of City And Countryside

The construction of harmonious society is the goal our Party central committee put forward at the beginning of the new century. The crucial thing is to realize the harmony of city and countryside, of which the urban-rural fairness has the basis foundation .But the unfairness of urban-rural politics,economy and culture in the dual structure makes the urban-rural harmony face many kinds of difficulties. So studying the basis foundation of fairness in the urban-rural harmony ,and how to overcome the fair difficulties of it to realize the harmony of city and countryside have great significance to construct the harmonious social society both in theory and in practice .The article includes four parts.
