The Study On The Unbalanced Development Of Education In City And Countryside

The problem of unbalanced development of education in city and countryside is very serious in our country. The dual economic policy formed the hidden fundation of the problem, while the system of running a school by stages caused the problem directly.The problem of unbalanced development of eduacation in city and countryside will lead to the worse unbalanced development of relationship between city and countryside .Adding fund to eduacation,readjusting the structure of fund ,setting up a balanced system and promoting the balanced development of education in city and countryside are not only full of universal moral meaning,but alsofar? reaching meaning of social practice.The questions that this article will deal with are :what caused the unbalanced development of education in city and countryside on earth? what measures should we take to solve the problem? The article is divided into five parts .In the first part ,it will give a very general account of the meaning of study ,the study of present condition ,two special concepts and the train of thought of the study .In the second part ,it will analyse the two very important aspects which led to the unbalanced development of education in city and countryside with examples.The two aspects are one is the unbalanced rate of going up a level in schooling in different educational stages from the primany schoolto the college in the city and countryside .It is direct target and reflection of the unbalance;The other is that the result of gain and allocation of the educational resources and the average educational unbalance of fund allocated to the students .to some extend ,it influenced the educational equipment,the strong points and weak points of the condtions of running a school and the level of educational quality and it further affected the students' failure and success in the competition of going up a level in schooling at the higher stage in city and countryside .In the third part ,it will explain the systematic reason which caused the unbalance and disclose that the dual social system is the basis of the unbalance .That is ,the system of running a school by stages is the main cause ,and there are some unmatured points in the present educational system .The problems left by the old system are still unsolved. In the fourth part ,it will analyse the effect caused by the unbalance on the growth of the teenagers in the countryside ,the industrialization and coustruction of city,our country'smodern construction ,the present construction of a harmony society and the future development of our country.In the fifth part ,it will simply talk about the measures to solve the problem,increasing the education fund readjusting the structure of fund allocated by the country ,planning the rate of the share of educational fund in the various education in the countries and governments scientifically,realizing the free system of obligation step bystep ,allocating the added educational fund to the countryside and building up a balanced educational system in the city and countryside are the fundamental measures to solve the problem.
