The Movement Mechanism For Higher Educational Evaluation Agency

Under the situation of the rapid development of diversification of higher education and great changes in outer environment, it is urgent to establish an evaluation system which can effectively ensure and improve the higher education quality in new situation. Facing the new progress of higher educational evaluation and new problems encountered, we should reasonably make the use of the successful experience of the developed country on the basis of our national condition, and explore the development of the Higher Educational Evaluation Agency in our country.Therefore, the purposes of this article focus on the Higher Educational Evaluation Agency in our country. On the basis of caring for reality, we hope to find ideal developing strategy.First, the article gives theory foundation and the concept of the higher educational evaluation agency, and then the outline of the higher education development tendency, the present situation and the reform tendency of the higher education management system and the background of the evaluation agency. Second, we analyze the movement mechanism of the evaluation agency in China, and we give the movement mechanism of QAA in England, CNE in France and the SASC in American. Finally, we proposed the development strategy in our country on the foundation of the above research.In a word, it is realistic need and development trend to improve the Higher Educational Evaluation Agency, whose developing situation will have a great impact on the new demand of whole higher education evaluation: standardization, juristic, scientific and professional institution.
