Research On The Evaluation Of Dynamic Mechanism Of College Connotation Development Based On DEA Model

A good evaluation method has a great role in promoting the connotation development of colleges and universities,and it is an indispensable path and means for the smooth operation of the dynamic mechanism of university connotation development.Since the implementation of the enrollment expansion policy in higher education,the scale of China's higher education has achieved leap-forward growth.However,while higher education is gradually entering the stage of popularization,the quality of higher education faces severe challenges.As the carrier of higher education,colleges and universities play a key role in the quality assurance and promotion of higher education.At present,realizing the connotation development of colleges and universities is not only a major policy of the party and the state,but also a basic requirement for running schools.Whether it is from the extension of development to the connotation development,or the steady development of connotation in colleges and universities,it is inseparable from a complete and suitable dynamic mechanism system.Therefore,based on the theory and practice,this study attempts to construct a dynamic mechanism system of connotation development in colleges and universities,and tries to use the DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)evaluation method to evaluate the dynamic mechanism system of college connotation development and find DEA evaluation.The method can be applied to the evaluation of the dynamic mechanism of the connotation development of colleges and universities to a certain extent.If it is used properly,it has positive practical value for the connotation development of colleges and universities.Based on the inductive analysis of the literature,this paper makes a clearer definition of theconcept of the dynamic mechanism of the connotation development of colleges and universities.At the same time,it sorts out the background and theoretical basis of the dynamic mechanism of connotation development in China's colleges and universities,introduces the theory of complex system analysis as the basis for the construction of the dynamic mechanism of connotation development in colleges and universities,and combines the concept definition of dynamic mechanism to divide the dynamic mechanism system of connotation development of colleges into external dynamic mechanism and The internal dynamic mechanism,the external dynamic mechanism is the government,society and market,while the internal dynamic mechanism is the talent cultivation,scientific research,social service and cultural inheritance innovation,and explores the feasibility of the DEA evaluation method for the evaluation of the dynamic mechanism of the connotation development of colleges and universities.Sex.Furthermore,the external dynamic mechanism and internal dynamic mechanism of the connotation development of colleges and universities are regarded as a closed-loop control system,the external dynamic mechanism is regarded as “input”,the internal dynamic mechanism is regarded as “input”,and the evaluation index of the dynamic mechanism of connotation development in colleges and universities is constructed.Finally,the DEA evaluation model is selected and the dynamic mechanism of connotation development in colleges and universities is evaluated.It is found that the DEA evaluation method can be used to evaluate the dynamic mechanism system of connotation development in colleges and universities to a certain extent.
