The leadership of school is the main part of school management. It is critical to run the school in effective and efficient way . Without soul or mind , there is no resource of immortal life. If there is no leadership in school, it is impossible to keep the whole team energetic and enthusiastic. With the rapid development of economic reform and educational system reform, the school leaders have to face the new demands and new managerial ideals. The work and responsibilities of leadership becomes more and more specific and unambiguous. The leaders works towards the final goals for the student's full development and student's achievements, the ideas of which should embody in the class ,in the exchanges between the students and teachers, in the organized activities of the students and teachers , in the process of the school's managing decisions . This essay mainly conveys what and how the leaders effect on the achievement of the students . It is made up of four parts:The first part mainly expresses the research issues, conducting a comprehensive presentation on the relative documents home and aboard and the significant and research means of this essay.The second part analyzes the managing ideals of modern school leadership on the basis of current development of education, including the essential connection and important significant of relationship between the leaders and the students.The third part focus on American research about the leadership influence on the student's achievements, first analyzing the relationship between leaders and student's achievement .using the research data to express the specific level of influence ,then introducing what responsibilities the leaders will influence on the achievement of the students and how to take advantage of active factors to improve the achievement, finally emphasizing the practice of leadership in the process of improving the students' achievement that should be inflexible and adaptable to apply the theory into the action.The forth part is to go back to our country's situations. Do some finding .analyze .summery on the problems which exist between school leaders and students' achievements . Furthermore , think over some strategies to realize the leaders' effective influence on students' achievements.
