"Science popularization" is the shortened form of "Public understanding of science". The science popularization in Biology is based on the recombination of "21 century" curricula and the innovation on teaching. It is aimed to have the students absorbed in nature, solve the problems in Biology and raise the Biological behaviors and habits by using the Biological knowledge and information and the direct experience of the learners as the efficient tools. Our science popularization in Biology started at a comparatively late time. It hasn't achieved a perfect convergence of the theoretical research, the model building and the application between the current implement and prospect. Thus, the paper discussed the theoretical basics of the patterns on science popularization in Biology in the teaching knowledge of Philosophy of Marxism, the current teaching ideas on science popularization in Biology and in Curriculum and Pedagogy. It concluded the principles and basic methods for establishing the patterns on science popularization in Biology. The paper discussed the common characteristics in different pattern, and then it established the basic structure of the pattern, which consists of "experience in nature-solution of Biological problem-development of Biological behavior" as aim, "activity in open-research in class" as place, "activity developing-project setting-situation planning -student interacting" as procedure, "Biology-teacher-student" as condition, "ecological environment-internet technology-social culture" as support, "learner-teacher" as relationship and "self-evaluation-mutual evaluation-intragroup evaluation-intergroup evaluation-teacher evaluation" as evaluation methods. The paper put the basic structure into practice for modeling the three basic types of the patterns on science popularization in Biology, i.e. the nature experience trended, the Biological problem solving trended and the Biological behavior developing trended patterns on science popularization in Biology. The paper also thoroughly discussed over their characteristics, basic elements, pattern frames and implement strategies respectively. The results showed that the pattern built in our study facilitates the development of students' abilities on seeking and solving problems and the improvement of students' learning skills. This pattern emphasizes the developments of students' skills on information collection, problem solution and practices. It is instructive for students in their developments on the curiosity, the thirst for knowledge, the Aesthetics, The spirit of innovation, the practical skill and social responsibility. Above all, the pattern in our study on science popularization in Biology is feasible.
