At present, researchers in education and psychology field pay more attention to teachers'job burnout, teaching efficacy and achievement goals. In current research, we apply the students'achievement goals to teachers group, and we focus on the meaning and the structure of achievement goals through the questionnaire survey. Based on the descriptive statistics results of teachers'job burnout, teaching efficacy and achievement goals, we test the differences of all variables. In the meanwhile we find that there is a significant relationship among the three variables. In the study, divisions of teaching efficacy and achievement goals can predict teachers'job burnout by multiple regression analysis. The results are as following:(1)Achievement goals have the characteristics of nature, so in teacher group, four-division-structure of achievement goals is best supposed in the research. Achievement goals include mastery approach goal, performance approach goal, mastery avoidance goal and performance avoidance goal.(2)We can evaluate the extent of teacher job burnout by new standards. We find that the ratio of the high level burnout is only 3.2% and the ratio of the low level burnout is 56.1%.(3)Teaching efficacy is related to job burnout , Teaching efficacy is related to achievement goals and achievement goals are related to teachers'job burnout,(4)Teachers general education efficacy, mastery approach goal and mastery avoidance goal can predict job burnout. We can use structural model to express the relationship among the three variables (teachers'job burnout, teaching efficacy and achievement goals).
