Research on sports aerobics human resource is one of frontlines in modern athletics management. Research on sports aerobics human resource is marginal between sports aerobics and aerobics theories.Sports aerobics has been socialized since it entered China. It has been self-moving for more than ten years, and now it is controlled by special department. Not belonging to Olympic games, having no strong support by countrywide system and running in an immature market, there's much weakness in sports aerobics, but it is popular with the young and well-developed for its strong body function, passion, positive and healthy programs. In the modern information society, human resources are strategic for sports aerobics, a newly arisen item to develop continuously. Research on the human resources of sports aerobics will not only make this item be more competitive, but also give suggestion to the labor market of athletics and help to improve athletics reform. Research on human resource of sports aerobics in Jiangsu province will show the current condition and build a good human environment for one's development in a broaden area.By questionnaire, investigation, interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, investigating of on the coaches, athletes and judges of sports aerobics in Jiangsu province, the thesis describes and analyzes the human resources of sports aerobics, and probes into the structure, arrangement, quantity and quality, so as to find the problems in human resources and give suggestion to the governor. As a result, it draws a conclusion.1, Together with governors, researchers and judges, coaches and athletes, core of human resources of sports aerobics in Jiangsu province constitute the system of the human resources of sports aerobics in Jiangsu. my province tournament human resource system together. The features of the system are heavy mobility, repetitive function, mono-occupation and none- profit. No Operator is the obstruction of the socialization of human resources and sports aerobics.2, human resource of sports aerobics in Jiangsu is mainly in Nanjing, and then in the surrounding cities. This arrangement is influenced by economy, information and managers. The graduates major in aerobics will help the development of sports aerobics.3, the young is dominated in the system. Female is slightly more than male in coaches, judges and researches, and male is much more than female in athletes. There's diversity in motivation, satisfaction and influence because of the different age, sex and title.4, human resource of sports aerobics in Jiangsu is powerful. Teachers play a mail role in teaching, judging and researching. However, there're less skilled teachers and strong researches.5, It has built a management system of "two lines three level" and three operation modes, which guarantees the sports aerobics. And policy system leads the development of it. As well, fluent recruitment will ensure the quantity of the person in this system.Finally, the thesis gives the suggestions that 1, to enforce the training and development of human resource of sports aerobics.2, to strengthen the policy adjustment and the function of management, especially, improve the human resources to be active by competition. 3, to further encouragement and enlarge training methods to absorb more young people to take part in the practice of sports aerobics.
