Competitive aerobics in the study of human resources is human resources theory research, athletic sports research and aerobics theory research interchange the borderline of research. Howto manage human resource allocation to the development of any country or organization isparticularly important. Competitive aerobics is a non-Olympic sports in our country, itsdevelopment mainly depends on "people". The study researches the athletes, coaches andreferees of18aerobics teams of the colleges and universities such as Beijing Sport University,Shanghai University of Sports, Xi’an Institute of Physical Education, Guangzhou SportsUniversity etc. The research uses the literature material law, expert interview method, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics and other research methods, and to absorband draw lessons from the research achievements of other subjects, and analyzes the humanresource allocation of sports aerobics in colleges. Come to the conclusion as follows:First, human resources of competitive aerobics in college is the people of competitiveaerobics training, education and trained and those personnel of management, scientific research, medical, etc. that can promote the development of competitive aerobics projects in the field ofathletic calisthenics of colleges and universities.Second, the optimal allocation of human resources of competitive aerobics in colleges anduniversities refers to the human resources of sports aerobics of colleges that is distributed in alldepartments and all project, and according to certain goals to realize the combination of variouselements included people, goods, content, etc., and to give full play to its biggest effect, in orderto get the best efficiency, acquire the dynamic process of optimum efficiency and achieve thepurpose of making the best of people.Third, the coaches’ education, age and title structure of sports aerobics in college is morereasonable, because the competitive aerobics is an emerging sport item that lead to the lownumber of coaches, the lack of a good coach. On-the-job training is an important means ofimproving all aspects of the coaches.Fourth, the gap of the sex ratio of competitive aerobics athletes in colleges and universitiesis bigger; the situation of education is mainly bachelor degree or above, because the competitiveaerobics is an emerging sport, the athletes’ regional distribution is pockety, the number ofathletes is more concentrated in the economically developed areas; more than65%of the level ofathletes is first grade, while masters of sports is not much.Fifth, The scientific research personnel, the referees human resources of sports aerobics in college are almost part-time workers, the referees are drawn from universities when there is amatch.Sixth, the logistics system of competitive aerobics in colleges and universities is not soperfect that leads to the emergence of sports injury in training and affect the athlete’s athleticslevel enhancement.Seventh, research suggests that when all the competitions of competitive aerobics enter intothe game rules, arranging three or four coaches training is relatively reasonable that is both toensure sufficient time for each athlete training, and to make the training work smoothly.Eighth, research suggests that the optimal allocation of human resources of competitiveaerobics in college is particularly important for the development of the competitive aerobics inChina, so in training to optimize the number of the project of the competing athletes, make everyathlete achieve the purpose of making the best of people.Through researching this topic, the purpose is that preliminarily build a framework for theoptimal allocation of human resources of sports aerobics in college, offering abundant theoreticalfoundation for scientific research and management personnel of the competitive aerobics so thatit can promote the development of competitive aerobics in China.
