Resarch On Problem Of Protecting University Students' Proper Rights In Building Harmonious Campus

Harmoniousness is the core of Chinese traditional cultural spirit and realizing social harmoniousness is the common wish of the human beings. The government has put forward the strategic arrangement of building harmonious society. As an important part of social organism, universities play a holy role of leading the development of society and promoting the progress of civilization in systemic project of building harmonious society. It is the demand of time development and the demand of objective rule of advanced education to build a harmonious campus, where each subsystem develops harmoniously and relates well to others. The building of harmonious campus is an important part of building universities, an urgent need of cultivating high-quality students, an important guarantee of promoting the universities' scientific development and an inevitable demand of carrying forward the harmonious culture.The basis of building harmonious campus is people, that is to say, to promote all-round qualities of people and arouse the enthusiasm of each side. The real education is based on people, in which people can experience niceness, nobleness, happiness and success, form positive life attitude, correct value judgment and rich thinking system. It emphasizes people's development, concerns people's freedom, happiness, and dignity, respect people's individuality, personality, rights and interests, and demonstrates human care and moral emotions. What's more, the true education cultivates modern people by means of modern spirits and cultivates all-round people from an all-round developing point-of-view.With the further reform of universities, the relationship between students and universities changes greatly. In building harmonious campus some contradictions and problems of certain respects, which have never come out, begin to appear, resulting in the right conflicts between universities and students. In recent years there are conflicts between universities and students in the management of students in universities. As far as universities are concerned, the research on how to manage the students effectively and scientifically, and how to manage students properly as well as maintaining the harmonious campus and not violating the students' proper rights, is becoming especially necessary and vital. So the paper does research on "how to protect university students' proper rights".From the point of view of building harmonious campus, the paper explores the effective ways of protecting students' proper rights. University students are vigorous and creative individuals with different aspects of rights. Besides the research from the law angle, the detailed study of how to protect university students' rights should be carried on from the angle of harmonious campus in order to establish protecting system of students' rights and protect students' numerous rights, as a result of which to solve conflicts between students and universities, avoid legal accusations and improve harmoniousness.Based on the explanations of connotations, characteristics and significances of harmonious campus, the paper analyzes the arousal of university students' awareness of rights and the features of awareness of rights. Then it mainly shows universities' violations of students' rights and further analyzes the related reasons.
