With the development of information technology and the coming of knowledge economy, the competition among organizations is built gradually on the knowledge-based resources. Universities and colleges, the cluster center of knowledge and talents, are demanded to burden more responsibilities objectively by every field of society. In order to adapt to the changes of social environment and education market, the higher education cause of our country made a series of reforms, such as merge, expanding in recruit, the personnel systemization, and logistics of the universities, etc, to some extent, it meets the demands of environment, promotes the development of higher education. However, the occurrence of new contradictions and problems make the key points shift from the attention to organization systems to the reforms on the management and lead, those middle-class leaders are the key factors of the reform and development on universities, the effect of universities depends on the effect of those middle-class leaders. Therefore, we should pay more attention to improving the effect of the middle-class leaders. Using the data collected using a variety of methods to analyze the data to verify the hypothesis to solve the problem as follows:First, the key point of the middle-class leaders in universities leading behavior and the performance of their leading effect are described and discussed. It suggests that, in the aspect of leading behavior, the middle-class leaders pay more attention to accomplishing the tasks and achieving the goals, neglect the teachers; in the aspect of leading effect, the teachers are satisfied with the middle-class leaders' working effect and their creativity, the teachers don't want to leave off.Second, according to the survey of the difference in demography about the middle-class leaders' leading behavior and their leading effect, we can find some obvious differences about the leading behavior in marriage and education, and some differences on standard about the leading effect in sex, marriage and education.Third, the relation and prediction between the leading behavior and the standard of leading effect are verified, the equation of changing factors is built. It is found that the orientation of the leading behavior's development, the staff-orientation have a positively predicting influence towards the staff's satisfaction, the working orientation has a negatively predicting function, development-orientation has an obvious, positively predicting influence on working effect, creative ability, the domain of leading behavior has no predicting function on the willingness of leaving off.Part four, the discussion and suggestion, mainly based on the conclusions drawn from research, proposes some solutions and suggestions on how to improving the middle-class leaders' leading behavior and effect through theory analysis and substantial analysis. (3) About the method, the relationship between the leading behavior and the leading effect was studied by using the Software SPSS and various statistics methods, verified the suppose by using a localization sample. (4) About the conclusion, this text based on the result analysis of data and some related theories, according to the concept of university-oriented management, put forward teachers-oriented solutions and from the viewpoint of human resource management, proposes that the universities should pay more attention to training the middle-class leaders' behavior of development-orientation to provide some reference for the personnel assignment. |
