The Development Countermeasures And Status Quo Of Football Reserve Talents Cultivation In Henan Province

The cultivation of football reserve talents which functions as the base of football development is the future and hope of the national football development. Viewing the football great power in the world, it is plain that they all attach much importance to cultivating reserve talents. Recently our country has begun to put emphasis on this aspect, and the reform of the cultivating system has been implemented in order to promote the integral level of Chinese football.Henan province is in the middle part of our country, where there is a large population of teenagers. However, the cultivation of football reserve talents has fallen so far behind that the author is motivated to investigate its status. The investigation not only helps to discover the problems in existence but also urges us to work out proper solutions, which will be of great significance to promote the integral level of football development in Henan province. Moreover, it will provide the undeveloped areas in Midwest with theoretical reference.Adopting the methods of the documentary analysis, questionnaire investigation, expert consultation and mathematic statistics, this study conducts research on the status of cultivating football reserve talents in five cities in Henan province, in which there are training schools, sports schools, teenager sports clubs and football school. A group of teenager football players, coaches as well as relative assistants are invited to do the questionnaire and also some experts and front-line managers are interviewed, which endows the author with a comprehensive view of the status of talent-cultivating in Henan province. Based on the research work, this paper analyzes the present conditions that are in favor of the marketization of cultivating football reserve talents, and some existing problems are presented as well. Besides, this study also touches the form and operation of marketization. Following is the conclusion drawn out of the investigation:(1)The problems lie in its simplicity of fostering-mode and a lack of socialized cultivating institute;(2)There are only a small number of professional coaches and the low efficiency in scientic training needs improving;(3)Teenagers' enthusiasm has been greatly influenced by the decreasing number of participants, their limited room for future development and some negative news about football(4)Establishing the market-oriented cultivating system will help to improve the proficiency of football reserve talents,however, the degree of marketization is not high in Henan Province;(5)only a few regions and people engage in this field and there are substantial differences in their development. In order to improve the status of football development in Henan province, it is pressing to promote the reform in talent-cultivating system in the hope of realizing the marketization of cultivating football reserve talents. Though certain conditions have been provided to carry out the reform, there is still some specific work due for reinforcement by the administration department as follows:(1)Attract much more investment in the talents-cultivating, enrich the financial resources and promote the marketerization of football reserve talents cultivation;(2)Reinforce the coaches' cultivation,improve their salary, highten their enthusiasm for training and intensify the theoretical guidance;(3)Purify the training environment,strengthen young players' culture study,broaden their development room and therefore attract more participants;(4)Lay more emphases on the football development in some undeveloped areas and increase the prevalence of football.
