But as our country sports strong province, Henan province, the tennis projectachievements and table tennis, badminton, belonging to the same item group by far, there is abig gap compared with other provinces and cities in China, junior tennis sports in Henanprovince has a lot of problems, so the adolescent tennis reserve personnel training presentsituation of Henan province were investigated and put forward countermeasures for futuredevelopment has great significance.This article USES the literature material method, interview method, questionnaire surveymethod, mathematical statistics and other research methods to the five cities in Henanprovince is engaged in the tennis related work managers, coaches, athletes were investigated,and the basic situation in Henan province athletes participation motivation, material selection,parents of athletes and athletes, athletes, the contradictions between learning the way out,athletes, coaches, basic situation, to participate in training, wages and work enthusiasm, theathletes’ training mode and other aspects of analysis.Through the investigation and analysis of junior tennis reserve personnel training presentsituation of Henan province, Henan province existing problems in the junior tennis reservepersonnel training has the following several aspects:1Henan province tennis popularity is very low, relatively few of people involved in tennistraining, only in the province Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Jiaozuo, Pingdingshan, ZhoukouQingShaoDui five cities have tennis.2In Henan province in the junior tennis reserve talented person selection is not scientific.3Learning and training of athletes prominent contradictions, learning content lesscomprehensive.4backup talents in Henan province and parents do not match the motivation for tennis training,not to get the most out of uniform internal motive drive effect.5athletes outstanding contradictions between learning, learning content less comprehensive.6coaches training plan is not comprehensive, lack of enforcement, training time is relativelysmall, fewer game, a single training form.7coaches focus younger age, senior coaches relatively scarce, and later less training.8single tennis reserve personnel training mode in Henan province, management emphasis isnot enough.Junior tennis reserve personnel training in Henan province, the author of this paper theproblems existing in the process, in combination with the actual situation of Henan province topromote healthy sustainable development of reserve personnel training in Henan provincecountermeasures:1intensify propaganda, through the media of the tennis tournament, enlarge the influence oftennis sport in the world, to create a positive training for junior tennis players in Henan province atmosphere.2strengthen the scientific selection work, make realistic selection evaluation standard, on thebasis of scientific selection index to select material, improve the success rate of junior tennisreserve talented person cultivation in this region.3complying with the requirements of tennis competition, selection of athletes, pay attention tothe training time of tennis reserve talented person in advance appropriately, make moreathletes after a period of training system in domestic and even international level emerged.4coaches strengthen the communication with athletes and their parents work, achieve thesmooth information exchange, maximum limit the development of the parents of security role,from spirit to matter can support the training of the athletes.5training units at all levels should change the traditional ideas, set up the correct concept ofcompetitive sports and talent, focusing on the performance at the same time, further payingattention to the development of adolescent athletes culture quality, improve the cultural qualitymismatch between teaching and training, as far as possible to achieve the ideal effect of thecomplementary advantages, establish basic training and conveying mechanism, determine thecombined with line, clear work objectives.6sound units for coaches in teaching and training supervision, do check the checking ofteaching, training, routine work, encourage coaches to learn new knowledge, to learn fromother’s good rapid and efficient training methods to improve teaching effect. To obtain goodperformance from two aspects: one is the appropriate increase the training time, reasonablearrangement of training intensity and content; Second, we will accelerate reform of the youthcompetition system in Henan province, study international ranking score method, classificationdon’t match.7To undertake the national youth tennis competition actively, increase the chance of ourprovince youth to participate in high level competition, change the present situation of the lesschance athletes to participate in the competition.And strengthen the construction of the coach team, the establishment of the coaches personaltraining records. Establish continuously improve business ability and teaching level of incentivemechanism, especially promote the rapid growth of young coaches.8learning foreign excellent athletes training mode, combination family, clubs, school, tennisreserve personnel training the experience at home and abroad for reference, perfect tennisreserve personnel training system in this region, promote the reform of system innovation,combined with the actual situation of the region to establish scientific capable of high levelathletes training mode, use of social resources, the school and so on many kinds of ways, toexpand the region tennis reserve talent training base, set up to adapt to the socialist marketeconomic system of many forms, multi-channel, multi-level backup talent cultivation system.
