Youth country, young people must be comprehensiveKin-keung from body to body and mind in order to contribute to national construction.From Henan Province Youth Talented Volleyball Players sustainable development to start, expandresearch on the Henan Province Youth Talented Volleyball Players sustainable development, the law ofdevelopment of volleyball as a basis for analysis on the current situation of Henan Province YouthAthletics Volleyball Reserve Personnel Training, Training Situation of Henan Province Youth TalentedVolleyball Players look to the perspective of sustainable development. For conclusions drawn the following recommendations:(1) Adjustment of Young volleyball player age structure, the introduction of the relevant provisions,to cultivate a positive training motivation to promote the diversification of the sources of funding forvolleyball players training.(2) Adjust the coaches team, security, and improving the cultural level of the coaches and researchcapacity to provide for the sustainable development of Henan volleyball reserve talents.(3) improve the management mode of training institutions: promote training institutions diversifiedforms of organization, change management training at all levels in a single mode, clear government sportsmanagement functions to promote the the coaches evaluation criteria of Henan Province, the training unitdiversified.
