It is necessary for instructors to foster the student's exploring ability with multiform teaching method in the reform of modern education. The focus of subject has been transferred from the technicality to the sociality and from focusing on the knowledge to focusing on learner, and from the knowledge to the skills, and gives prominence to the important action of students' ability in the development in the future. Meanwhile, the reform of subject has been related to various goals such as "The ability of science exploring", "The inquiry consciousness ", "Cooperation notions", "The ability of gaining and dealing information", "The ability of reflection and evaluation", "The interest of study" , "The concept of practice", "the idea of uninterrupted development", "the Weltanschauung of materialism", "responsibility and mission" and so on. It's necessary for the teachers and the students to change the styles of coaching and learning.This thesis addresses itself to "Reflective Learning and Using Technology to Develop Pupils' Reflective Learning in Chemistry Teaching". And it has designed a comprehensive project about the "Using Technology to Develop Reflective Learning" by discussing the basic theory of "Reflective Learning" and the meanings of "Reflective Learning" and the actuality of "Using Technology to Develop Reflective Learning", and by analyzing the importance of "Reflective Learning", the aim of "Using Technology to Develop Reflective Learning", and the means of "Using Technology to Develop Reflective Learning". There are two modules in this thesis—"Using Technology to Develop Reflective Learners" by teachers and "Using Technology to Develop Reflective Learning" by students themselves. The key technique and application has been fully discussed in each module. Depending on the two modules, we can achieve the aim about how to gain the importance and the means of "Reflective Learning" for students.By analyzing the theory and emphases of "Develop Reflective Learning", emphasizing the importance and the "Using strategies" of "Develop Reflective Learning", and encourage students to understand the means of "Develop Reflective Learning". We can achieve the goal of training the students to gain the means of "Develop Reflective Learning" and to bring up the students to gain good habits to think. In this thesis, I have designed carefully some "Using strategies" on "Developing Reflective Learning" and I'm sure that it'll guide the students to gain a consciousness behavior on making uses of the "Developing Reflective Learning". And based on deeply analysis the structure of chemistry, I have designed an effective means of study for student to understand the content of chemistry.With the help of the study, teachers should fully make use of the "Developing Reflective Learning". Teaching is an art. The teachers not only teach the students but also should teach themselves. So teachers should try their best to study the theory of "Using technology". We believe that pursuing high quality chemistry education is our common goal.
