Undoubtedly, differences do exist among students from any class of any school, which is definitely the truth. Teachers put the equal energy both on excellent students and students with learning difficulties, but usually the former make great progress and great achievements in academic contests, which honor the teachers. However, since teachers are to teach and educate students, the students with learning difficulties progress are needed help and then turned into excellent ones. In the teaching practice, the appropriate ways of turning students with learning difficulties into excellent are explored, and it can be held the view that teachers can achieve this by cultivating students with reflective learning.After searching a lot of literature and sorting out the analyses, students with learning difficulties are defined. Moreover, the causes of these students from both internal and external are analyzed. With the research on students'reflective learning ability, it can be found that the reflective learning ability of students with learning difficulties is weaker than that of excellent students. So, by taking advantage of this finding, reflective learning methods are used to teach students with learning difficulties with the hope of turning them into excellent ones.As for reflective learning, the results of previous studies are summarized and combined with the teaching experience, and then the principles are generalized, which should be followed when developing students'reflective learning ability as well as the teaching strategies. According to the proposed strategies, a nine-month experiment is carried out to train students'reflective learning, which show that the strategies promote students with learning students and they achieve significant academic progress in chemistry. In addition, by studying individual cases, it can be confirmed that developing reflective learning ability plays a positive role in students'overcoming their learning difficulties.
