Review the curriculum studies process on the 20th century,great changes have taken place in the field of the curriculum studies,different views of curriculum usually implicit different mode of thinking,it influences people's understanding and thinking to curriculum problems.Teacher's curriculum behavior is subjected to their curriculum views,without the innovation of teachers'curriculum views and behavior,curriculum reform would not really be implemented.Most of the current studies focus only on what kind of curriculum views teachers should have,but few concern the teachers'curriculum views is how to form,ignored the teacher who lives in a specific context is how to think,feel and action.For this reason,this article makes a study on teacher's personal view of the curriculum, trying to understand the teacher's personal view of curriculum,and find out the profound reasons behind the teacher's behavior so as to courage more thoughts among educators.Moreover,this article also tries to provide some enlightenment and reference recommendations to teacher education administration and relevant research department for transform teachers'curriculum views.A Chinese teacher in a primary school is invited as the cooperation partner in this study with the method of narrative inquiry,the researcher enters the teacher's life with herself for study tool,carries on a long-term meticulous observation and interviews,respect the participate of the cooperation partner,stands on her sides and carries on comprehending and examining by enters her teaching scenarios,This article has no intention at constructing the grand theory of teacher's personal view of curriculum,but want to obtain more genuine feelings and understanding of the cooperation partner,reveals her personal view of curriculum by telling living stories,and makes the reader learn a lot by the analysis and explanation of the researcher. This article tries to grasp the development process of personal curriculum view,and find out the form reasons in a wider background by telling the cooperation partner's stories.Through constructing a combination of curriculum practice stories,present the true scene of the cooperation partner's personal curriculum view,and based on the stories ,tries to make personal interpretation of personal curriculum view by the cooperation partner.The teacher's personal view of curriculum includes abundant contents.This article selected the different angles as the views of curriculum objectives,curriculum implementation,curriculum contents,curriculum evaluation to make concrete analysis.This study discovers that teacher's personal view of curriculum is formed by several coordinating factors,they are the inspiration of teacher's personal character and attitudes,the accumulation of teacher's learning and practical wisdom,the double promotion of the educational and curriculum reform,the impact of the needs of the social development and etc;there are some characteristics concerning teacher's personal views of the curriculum, They are as follows:being convergent,developmental,chanceful and contradictory.On this foundation,this article tries to put forward the way which promotes teacher's personal view of curriculum,they are stirs up teacher's own consciousness of self-motivating,enhance exchanges and co-operation between teachers,strengthen the study of curriculum theories and knowledge,pay attention to promote teacher's practical intelligence.
