The teacher personal educational theory which forms by way of personal practice not only is the teachers'whole set viewpoints with regard to education, teaching, and Teacher specialty, also the teacher believes in truly in the education idea which educates practices manifests. The teacher's career development cannot leave the teacher's personal educational theory, Teacher's personal concept of education not only influences the teaching quality but also has an important significance on teacher's life quality.We go thorough a middle school teacher's real life world under the natural state by narration, in order to collect massive materials we have to carry on thoroughly long-term observation to him in the way of observation, interview and so on.The author acted according to the material which collected to construct the object of study a series of education teaching story, presented his personal educational theory's real scene by the story, and according to the story attempt to analyze the personal education theory connotation of the object of study the, and what primary factors affect his individual educational, at the same time the paper give some advice on how to promote teacher's educational theory possibly.The research discovered, the contents of teacher's personal educational theory contains is extremely rich and widespread, including the curriculum view, the education goal view, the education values, the teaching view, the student observes, the teacher role view and so on. This article has carried on the thorough careful analysis on the view about students, teaching and teacher.
