The Investigation And Study On The Status Of Medical Major College Students' Ideological And Moral

Among the individual growth factors, ideological and moral qualities are an important factor with the role of orientation, motivation and assurance. Medical college students are regarded as the defenders of the people's lives and as the patron saint of health. Their future career is not only related to the ups and donws of thousands of households, but also to the overall quality improvement of the Chinese nation. Their future career constrains the development of the national economy and affects society's progress. So through the investigation of Henan medical college students'ideological and moral status, I learn about their group characteristics, and identify their distinct personality characteristics. On the one hand,I can timely grasp the new situation and new features of medical college students'current ideological and moral, which provides a basis for enhancing medical college students'ideological and political education's relevance and effect. On the other hand, medical college students are the reserve force of the medical and public health undertakings. Through the investigation about them, I find some problems in them, analyze the cause and put forward specific measures, just in order to help them grow healthily and promote China's medical and health undertakings.The full text is divided into three parts:Part I : The modern medical college students'ideological and moral status and the main issues. Now medical college students'ideological and moral is complex and divers. But their mainstream is healthy progressive, positive and uplifting. On the other hand, medical college students the same live in such a critical period with reform and opening up with socialist market economy's forming. And international and domestic situation's changes always affect their thinking. Therefore in such circumstances, some medical college students have confused thinking, mental confusion, moral degeneration and a crisis of faith. Especially, academic medical institutions have longer courses, heavier learning burden. Besides, in the market economy conditions, there are increasing competition and employment difficulties and so on. All factors cause the medical college students'physical and mental health to be affected to some extent.Part II : The reasons for impacting medical college students'ideological and moral quality forming. The part is based on the medical college students'ideological and moral status, and on the results of other studies.
