Since the appearance,"Street Basketball"has been all the rage rapidly by its unique style and charm in our country. Receives the general young people's esteem and the deep love especially, displays the good development situation and the formidable vitality. except the general characteristic of athletics basketball, has movement"Street Basketball"also has the characteristic of collectivization, competitiveness, interestingly, outside the fitness. The economical, educational and cultural value of the activitiy means a lot to the develop of our society. The attraction of this game is not only good to the young people's health, but also it is meaningful to the foundation of the social , cultural and marketing bases of basketball movements. In a short time,"Street Basketball"have been all the raged over the whole country, the characterastics of vitality and attraction are the pivotal reasons. And degression tendency had showed in the group of 24 year old of later. 2.Half-court competition is popular, and entertaining basketball has already started in the cities. Defferent group of players has defferent characterastics, but small scaled, various and entertaining are the general direction.3.Motivations of participate were various, but built up strength and healthy body was still the main motivation.Nearly half participators belong to the sports population,which has important meaning to increase the sports population quantity and physical quality.4.Lack of public and community basketball court, school basketball court open rate is low, cannot satisfy demand to participate. Inorganization and lack of basic guidance, mostly under the spontaneous condition. Female participates much more less the male, and the stability is bad. Competition proportion was low, medias has little attention to Street Basketball.The formation of the games are unitary, and was lack of entertainment content.5.Through the factor analysis, 8 kinds of factors was pointed as important: inner factors include Sports values factor, fitness demand factor. Exterior factors which include news media, star affect the factor, atmosphere factor, the society physical conditions factor, the current economic condition factor, the organization manage the factor, the policy laws and regulations factor.Finally, according to the influence factor which the Street Basketball moved in the cites in Henan Province, this article proposed some development measures.
