Study Of The Working Mechanism Of Young Volunteers In University

The personnel training is the most important issue for all the universities in their basic training course. In particular, since China is a market economy, the outlook on the world, life and values have changed significantly, so interests has become the main driving force. In such an environment, how to improve the ideological and moral qualities of young undergraduates and how to make them play a new role in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, has become a pressing problem in the college education, especially for the CYL Committee. Young Volunteers Action initiated by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League organizations meets the development requirements of the times and the characteristics of contemporary young students, and it also focuses on arousing the youth inherent enthusiasm. The principles young volunteers action stressed are voluntary participation, efficiency and effectiveness. These principles guarantee not only a conversion of the process of youth development education from one-way to two-way interactions, but also a condition of the broad participation of youth groups. Volunteer activities are helping others as well as self-helping. Volunteer activities contribute to the establishment of a socialist harmonious society and harmonious relations among the people. Young volunteer activities with a clear-cut purpose, which is "solidarity and affection, taking pleasure in helping others, in connection with selfless dedication", have done a lot of work for the community and won wide recognition and praise.This paper starts with the current situation, development and difficulties of young volunteers in university. Through research and analysis of the mechanism of the current Chinese young volunteers in university, this paper explore the existing problems by comparing with other countries'mechanism which is relatively mature in this field. Then, combined with the characteristics of Chinese college students and the need to build a harmonious society, this paper explore the working mechanism, organizational mechanism and incentive mechanism of how to socialize the young volunteer activities based on the existing problems. In according to the needs of socialization of young volunteer activities, this paper conducts a feasibility analysis on how to tap community resources to promote the socialization of college volunteers. Meanwhile, in order to promote the young volunteer activities, this paper explore how to perfect the organizational mechanism and improve the incentive mechanism of young volunteer activities, and it also provide certain information of feasibility.According to the characteristics of Chinese college students, this paper focuses on the position of college students in volunteer activities and social functions. Through in-depth analysis of the current situation, we should create our own young volunteer activities in university with Chinese characteristics in light of China's actual situation by learning from the successful experience. This has undoubtedly practical significance for our two civilizations. Therefore, this paper focuses on how to establish a more effective working mechanisms of young volunteer activities in university with Chinese characteristic, then it discusses the way of carrying out the activities of the college student volunteers, which play a certain role in the overall development of college students and in building a socialist harmonious society.
