Research On University Volunteer Organizations In The View Of Harmonious Society

Our country is in social transition period,there are hidden contradictions between people and people,people and society,people and nature,people and their self under the rapid economic growth.Since the reform and opening up,university volunteer organizations are the main platform of ideological and political education practice in universities,increasingly becoming the mainstay of youth volunteers.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to research on university volunteer organizations from the view of harmonious society.This research takes Marxist theory as guidance,through the method of theoretical,empirical and systematic analysis,explores theoretical genesis of the harmonious society,the internal elements of the university volunteer organizations and analyze the relationship between the two.In addition,this research discusses the status quo,reasons and countermeasures from the development reality of the three University volunteer organizations in Wuhan.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly discusses the research background,significance,train of thought,methods and domestic and foreign research status,indicating the feasibility and value of the paper.Part two presents concrete manifestation of the theory about harmonious society in chronological order and the internal elements of university volunteer organizations,analyzes the relationship between university volunteer organizations and harmonious society,makes a conclusion that university volunteer organizations unite college students from the different professions via the volunteer spirit to dissolve the social contradictions in the form of group and construct individual dreams and national dreams in promoting the process of harmonious society.Part three analyzes these problems of restricting the development of university volunteer organizations according to the data of field interviews,such as less social participation,less capital,less project innovation and loss of volunteers,and probes the cause.Part four puts forward the long-term mechanism from aspects of the internal structure and the external environment to make university volunteer organizations fulfill the value effectively,which comprise the self-construction,the integration of the social resources.
