This paper discusses the conditions of Bama people's daily life, including the daily worked life, the daily consumed life, and the daily contacted life. Furthermore, analyses are made to the key meaning of the longevity culture.In our opinion, Bama people hold three views in daily life:(1)"industriousness may bring you something enough to eat and drink even not bring you great wealth, lazing may bring you hunger even not bring you death"; (2)"if you were predestined to get 800 only, did not ask for 1000"; (3)" do not fear you will be wrong if you have goods , do not fear you will be wrong if you have friends".After studying these views we know that Bama people pursue three conditions in daily life: First, the freedom of work ; Second, the balance of consuming; Third, the smoothness of contact.This pursuing not only mix produced life and daily life together, but also bring these lives the character of freedom, harmonization and aesthetic sense. This pursuing brings their daily consumed life the character of effort as well as moderate degree. Because of this character, their lives are harmonious. Moreover, this pursuing brings their contacted daily life the character of wide acceptance as well as careful choice.These efforts indicate that though environment is quite difficult, Bama people want to have a right, harmonious, free and happy live.Pursuing this live shows that Bama people want to reach the condition of harmonization, including the harmonization between the body and the heart, the harmonization between person and god, the harmonization between human and nature, and so on.So we know that, harmonization is the most important characteristic of Bama person daily life. And this harmonization is also the key meaning of the longevity culture.In our opinion, this idea of harmonization has greatly significance in this time.
