In this Information Age, Internet as the"the fourth media"of information dissemination, has already penetrated into various aspects of social life, which has had huge influence to the human world, and also enormously affects university students' study, work, and life. In order to meet the need of new situation, it is the inevitably request of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education work for university students to intensify the construction of ideological and political education website, and develop the ideological and political net education positively.Presently, the ideological and political education for university students obtains widespread attention from the party and the country as well as all walks of the society.
