Composition Teaching is an important part in the Chinese Language Teaching. It is also the main front of the Chinese Language quality training for students. With the further development of the Chinese language teaching reform and the all-round reform of texts, Composition Teaching has been attached proper importance to, occupying a decisive position in teaching. Nevertheless, Composition Teaching is still the weakest link of Chinese Language Teaching in training schools. It is still a heavy topic. It lies in the the students'lower quality in Chinese language and the"monologue""teaching every minute of the whole class"teaching methods , which has failed to adapt to the present teaching practice . It is we teachers'bounden duty to find a teaching method which is suited to the current situation of the Composition Teaching in training schools.This article is trying to disclose the comparatively backward conditions of the students'compositions in the training schools of Zhalantun and trying to find a good teaching way to deal with this situation, based on the real composition standard of the students in the training schools of Zhalantun and in contrast to that of the senior school students.In the course of my research, I mainly adopted sampling survey method, literature research combined with experience method. On the basis of investigating the results, I sum up my experience and put forward my counter-measures.
