This thesis begins with a profound analysis of current actualities related to writing teaching and exam-preparation in secondary schools and identifies that there are common problems in writing teaching: It is laid stress more on the patterns and skills of writing training than on the process of accumulating knowledge; more on detailed segments than on the coherent system of knowledge; more on "short-time" writing training than on steady and sure progress; more on utilitarian conduction than on individual innovation; more on conventional instruction than on cultural accomplishment edification; more on improving IQ than EQ; more on structure and form than on introspection and summarizing ;more on appreciation famous articles than on instructing general texts.In order to improve the writing teaching and to help students make a substantial break in writing exam-preparation with high efficiency and marks in secondary schools, the thesis takes the optimum point of contact with teaching regularities and proposes some basic theories and tactics. The basic teaching theories are: emphasizing the process of exam-preparation as well as the foundamental knowledge training while at the same time with a steady and sure progress and scientific methods. The basic tactics of preparing and practising are: reading and writing method, emotion and real life teaching and preparing method, distinguishingly featured diary method, one-sentence and passage method, poem-writing training method and on-line composition preparing method.Finally, the thesis advances some scientific and flexible tactics in writing applied to while-exam to help students accomplish "getting twice the result with half the efforts" through scientific methods and abundant accumulation. (1) Positive self-suggestion. (2) Application tactics: to examine the title and requirements accurately and approach the composition with a deep perception; to be flexible while complying to the requirements; to pay attention to the construction of the composition while arranging time wisely; to write about one's real life and with a neat and pleasing handwriting; to excel others by excellent expression and originality.
