Tennis sports fitness requirements of extremely high, it is comprised of modern sport of tennis basic elements, only keep good physical shape, and can only be a good deal with every sudden on the field, thus win. We should take a more reasonable and scientific training method and means to improve the level of skill and tactics of the tennis player.Modern core strength training has become a competitive sports items necessary training methods and content, by extensive attention of the coaches, people come to realize the core power not only in the fitness and rehabilitation field have a positive effect, and in economic domains of sports also has a very important role. This study utilizes the literature material law, the experimental method, mathematical statistics method, comparison method to core strength training of man’s tennis player the level of skill and tactics of the impact on the experimental study and theoretical analysis. Man in hebei province professional leagues12athletes for the tennis experiment object, and the experimental group and control group subjects into the object the index of testing, inspection, if P <0.05indicates that there exist signi ficant differences between them, such as P>0.05that is not between there exist significant differences. In the whole process of the experiments, in addition to the content and methods of physical stamina training means are not the same other daily technical training contents are the same. In the12weeks of the experimental process, to control the traditional strength training, and has made the core strength training. After the end of experiment respectively and control group reflect tennis player skill and tactics level of one of the three big index to test, and through the two groups of the transverse comparison of the group and the comparison between vertical, the results of the experiment data statistics and analysis, and draw the following conclusion:1. Through the core strength train ing experiment, the experimental group to reflect tennis men athletes tennis skill and tactics of one of the three big level indicator of the improved significantly, and the control group after the experiment results there exist significant differences. The control group after the experiment result also have some degree of improved, but before with the experiment do not exist significant differences, it indicates that the level of skill and tactics of improving the tennis players in the core strength training effect significantly better than traditional strength training.2. After the experiment, the experimental group reflecting the physical power lumbar abdomen four indexes have significantly improved, and the control group of the four index no significant increase, it shows that the core strength training and traditional strength training for core muscle group compared the augment of have more significant role. And the core muscle group the augment of tennis players to the improvement of the level of skill and tactics provide more powerful support.3. Research experiments show that, this paper designs a series of core training means to improve the level of skill and tactics of the tennis player, but because the research condition and my level is limited, and there are insufficient:1) the sample size is relatively small, so to some extent influence the experimental results persuasive;2) core strength training methods and content although is according to the technical features of the tennis special design, but due to equipment, and other aspects of the limit of the main means and content to more conventional, there is no better core strength training and tennis will be special combination.
