Classroom, which implements the teaching, is a main position. The classroom management runs through the classroom activity all the time. Classroom behavior standards, as indispensable discipline and regularity for teaching and studying, has been far from people's eyesight all the time, and in a situation of taking it for granted. Along with the time progress and person's development, fixed the classroom behavior standards has been gradually lost looking after which developed freely to the person with the pursue, but emphasized constantly to had the rule the memory, complies with the standardized management, did this not merely has limited student's behavior, moreover also has limited student's thought and the imagination space, caused the classroom and becomes institution by the complete custom. The classroom behavior standards moved towards the standard extreme, merely becomes a kind of the strength which disciplines people, namely for the external goal, disparages the human nature dignity, carries onto the person controls and controls, hinders the person self- spirit the creation.This research used the method of qualitative research which is appearing its unique charm in social sciences research day after day. Researcher selects the H elementary school in Liaoning Province for the studying scene, by Class E researching object, through attends a lecture along with the classmates and visits the students and teachers in order to collecting the materials, and carries on the reorganization , induction and withdraws through the literature analytic method to the material. The thesis separately from the ceremony training, the listening and interaction standards and so on three aspects, in detail described this class of students'classroom life detail and the fact. Through the micro-power theory, the thesis further opens out the discipline technique of classroom behavior standards, and discusses relations which the school standard or the system and the all-round development of human.
