The classroom behavior standards moved towards the standard extreme, merely becomes a kind of the strength which disciplines people, namely for the external goal, disparages the human nature dignity, carries onto the person controls and controls, hinders the person self- spirit the creation.This research used the method of qualitative research which is appearing its unique charm in social sciences research day after day. Researcher selects the H elementary school in Liaoning Province for the studying scene, by Class E researching object, through attends a lecture along with the classmates and visits the students and teachers in order to collecting the materials, and carries on the reorganization , induction and withdraws through the literature analytic method to the material.
