Classroom discipline management is not only the guarantee of the accomplishment of teaching objectives and the ideal effect of education activities, but also an effective channel to facilitate students’ socialization and moral education. Teachers’behaviors of classroom discipline management have great influence on teaching and students’development. Based on the existing research on teachers’ behaviors of classroom discipline management at home and abroad, this paper takes primary teachers as the study object and tries to analyze the reasons behind teachers’ different behaviors through field research, and then puts forward diagnosis and strategies of classroom discipline management.This thesis is divided into four parts to discuss about this topic. In the introduction, it explains the background knowledge of the thesis and summarizes the achievement of theoretical research which is related to classroom discipline at home and abroad, and finds out that researchers of our country mainly focus on the strategies and introduction of foreign theories on this topic, while lacks theoretical support on the strategies and theories of our own. This part also explains the research object and method.In the second part, the article focuses on the study of current status of management of regular and irregular situations. The author has 4 months’ internship experience in class W of grade 4 of T primary school and takes it as the research sample to conclude and analyze the different ways teachers deal with misbehaviors on classes.The third part of the paper analyzes the reasons why teachers adopt different methods in classroom discipline management lies in teachers’ different education beliefs and ideas about students. Under the guidance of New Curriculum education ideas, the traditional concepts about students and education beliefs has changed gradually towards the direction of student-oriented and be equal with the students, which promptly affects teachers’classroom discipline management.According to different teaching models and students with different characteristics, we should pay more attention to students’ learning enthusiasm in order to maintain an effective classroom teaching in the study of classroom discipline. In the fourth part of this paper, from the perspective of understanding the students, the diagnosis and suggestions are made on how to operate the classroom discipline management through the analysis of the psychological mechanism and learning characteristics of students.
