The research oriented learning is a method of quality education which emphasizes the innovation spirit and practice ability. It aims at helping the students develop the way of seeking knowledge actively and solving the problems with knowledge. It is based on the students'independent and seeking learning to discover the problems in the students'realistic life and make choices of study items on their own or in groups. The students can gain knowledge, master the method and improve the ability of using knowledge and solving problems.The characteristics of every region, the equipment in every school and the students'foundation are quite different. That makes it different to carry out the research oriented learning in different areas. According to the recent experience of the research oriented learning at home and abroad, the situation in our school , the students'personality and my own teaching experience, I conducted an experiment in two classes of grade two on how to carry on the classroom instruction permeating to the research oriented learning effectively. I dissolved the sense and the ways of research oriented learning into the classroom instruction of biology, developed the resources in the teaching books as the carrier of the research oriented learning, and changed the old teaching and passive studying methods. I hope that it can change the students'learning methods, form a happy, relaxing atmosphere and improve the students'ability of investigation and the ability of discovering and solving problems by making the experiment.I have explained the basic implication, the feature and the value of the research oriented learning. Combining with the situation of our school, I have said the permeability and the process of the research oriented learning in classroom teaching in detail.In the research, I targeted two science classes that on an equal footing. I adopted the way of contrast. I used the teaching method of research study in the exploratory class and the traditional accepting way in another class. I hope through the experimental research, we can upgrade the students'interests of biology learning; improve the class teaching atmosphere; raise the students'examination result. Through the counting and comparing the result of the experimental research, I getted the final result. If we permeate the research study in the class teaching, we can improve the students'examination result; enlighten on the students'question consciousness; tap the students'potential of exploratory further.
