This research comprehensively uses the methods of literature,observation,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to sort out the research results and teaching evolution of the effectiveness of physical classroom teaching at home and abroad.First,referring to the "seven elements of teaching" proposed by Professor Li Bingde and the graduation thesis of Dr.Sun Yaling,based on the opinions of teachers and students in the school,the theoretical construction of the evaluation criteria for the effectiveness of physical education in ordinary senior high schools in Lanzhou City was conducted to clarify the physical education teaching Connotation and characteristics of effectiveness.Second,a physical education classroom standard practice comparison scoring table is designed to actually measure the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching,quantify the theoretical level of evaluation standards,and assign scores to each dimension and index in the standard,which is convenient for scientific and reasonable evaluation of teaching Effectiveness,this is where this research innovation lies.Finally,field surveys of 40 physical education classes were conducted,and a school-based teaching and research conference was held to conduct in-depth exploration of two opposite cases.Based on the statistical results of the data,find problems and propose coping strategies.This study draws the following conclusions: First,high school physical education teachers and high school students have not adequately interpreted and implemented the Standards for Physical Education and Health(2017 Edition),and in particular students lack a correct understanding of themselves.Second,the traditional physical education classroom teaching method can no longer meet the real needs of students in the classroom."Fit to student needs","Increase teacher-student interaction","Variable teaching methods","Conduct teaching reflection frequently","Creating a healthy and beneficial learning atmosphere" are important factors.Third,the effectiveness of physical education in ordinary senior high schools in Lanzhou is at a medium level.Fourth,the effectiveness of physical education in provincial demonstration high schools is better than that in municipaldemonstration high schools.Fifth,students are satisfied with the status quo,the singularity of teachers 'teaching content and methods,the lack of teacher-student interaction in classroom teaching,the lack of teaching reflection,the rejuvenation of teachers,and the shortage of physical education teachers' teachers are the impact of physical education in ordinary senior high schools in Lanzhou City.Specific factors of effectiveness.Sixth,when investigating and improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching,school-based teaching and research activities can be effectively promoted through classroom observation,listening and evaluation.Finally,In order to ensure the effectiveness of physical education in ordinary senior high schools in Lanzhou City,this study suggests improving teachers' correct guidance of students,extracting the essence from traditional physical education teaching to eliminate the dross,focusing on the actual needs of students,establish competition mechanism and strengthening schools and schools in different regions Exchange and share of physical education classroom teaching experience,establish a mechanism for experienced teachers to motivate young teachers,strengthen the high school physical education teacher team in Lanzhou City,and continuously improve teachers' awareness of the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching.Regular assessments and school-based teaching and research activities are conducted to effectively improve the teaching effect of physical education in ordinary senior high schools in Lanzhou City.
