Research On The Characteristics Of College Female Teachers And Relationship Between The Characteristics And Personality Features

With the development of society and the improvement of people's life level, people's costumes changed a lot. Costumes not only satisfy the physiological need, but also present a multi-demand characteristic. College teachers, as a special colony which has higher educational background and a teaching career trait, plus the well income, they have their own characteristics of costumes. Costumes have close relationship with people's personality, thus this research chooses the college female teachers as the object, analyses the characteristic from many aspects.This research discusses the relationship between college teachers'costumes and their personalities, so as to give them suggestions about costumes with the premise that collate their personalities. The research draws out 600 female teachers from the colleges in ChangChun, adopts the EPQ and table of color-matching as the questionnaire. Taking back 581 questionnaires, calculates 466 effective ones.The result shows:1.College female teachers have the characteristic of costumes such as: they choose the comfortable design and material; they pursue the utility and beauty on the function and motivation; they could consume reasoningly on the reason and cost of purchasing costumes; on the color-matching of costumes, they prefer the simplex and acceptable"upper warm nether cold"color-matching which could represent their career characteristics.2.College female teachers of different ages have prominent differences in choosing the design, material, motivation and color-matching; female teachers from different specialties have differences in choosing color-matching; female teachers with different incomes also have differences in choosing materials; college female teachers with different marital conditions have notable distinctions in their choosing of material and cognition of costume function. Educational backgrounds have no distinct correlation with the characteristics of costumes.3.In college female teachers'personality features, diffidence and extroverted tendency and psychoticism features have remarkable correlation with the choosing and purchasing motive of costumes function; emotional stability and costumes color-matching relate obviously;"upper cold and nether warm"color-matching are relative to psychoticism dimensionality; homochromy and warm color and"upper cold nether cold"color-matching are related to diffidence and extroverted dimensionality of personality features; homochromy and cold color, homochromy and warm color, homochromy and non-color(white) color matching have instinct correlation with the emotional stability dimensionality of personality features.
