Research On The Construction Model Of Ideal Personality Of Female College Students

In the era of globalization,with the development of economy and society,multiple values collide and western culture swarms,college students are facing a new social and cultural environment.In recent years,some new problems have emerged in the development of college students' values and personality.Female college students are a special group of students,for that they have special sexual and psychological characteristics,their values and personality formation also has the particularity,affected by the specific social environment and social gender culture.To help female college students to establish correct values and form ideal personality has great significance to the all-round development of the of female college students.This thesis is based on this background,based on the theory of the connotation of the ideal personality and its forming process,using the methods of questionnaire and interview to describe the realistic condition of personality development of female college students',analyzes the problem existing in the female college students' personality development and the female college student's ideal personality formation factors from five aspects such as the social gender culture,social values conflict,ethical anomie,multiple living field,lack of sex education.In the end,the thesis puts forward the main content of female college students' ideal personality model from the angle of ideal personality education system,the model includes theoretical basis,the main objectives,the subject the structure,the integrated approaches,the content system and method system.
