| College students who are a special group will enter society and choose different positions. Therefore, it is an important matter that education circles should concern how to make colledge studentts’ personality prominent. There are a large number of documents and brilliant achievemens, because of Sports Curriculum reform of universities and strong interests in sports curriculum model, course system and offering, however, the importance of character education and the link between personality traits and students’ enrollment are neglected, therefore, references used to the sports course are less and less.The paper proposes new elective waysto help students to adapt to social development and requirement in personality traits by basing on the talent requirements of hiring unit, analysing psychological questions on the selection criteria of talent management and combining Aisen Ke personality psychology and traits in different sports programs. Besides, according to the analysis of college students in Northwese Nomal University, Northwest University for Nationalities, Lanzhou University of Technology, Lanzhou City College, Lanzhou Jiaotong University with the literature, questionaire, measuring, interview, mathematical statistics, it is to know about some of deficiencies of the current studentd enrollment and reasons that exist, and to raise a more scientific enrollment method, which students can model their personality system and develop their individualized education in the university better and better.In this article, the author puts forward some tentative suggestion, take the blindness in the online course selection as an example, their personality development demand can be meet and improved by depending on the different sports and personality traits elective for students to guide. And their contact can be more close between students and university sports classes, which can be some valuable advice and practical basis for improving sports teaching. |
