Since the instructional design was brought in our country, through many years'localizations, now it has been one of the hot spots and the focal questions in the study of the domestic educational circles. Especially under the background of the current elementary educational curriculum, the research of instructional design has aroused many people's attention in more than one way, which thus has also initiated the people to the research of the capacity of instructional design. In recent years, new theories emerged unceasingly, such as Constructivism, Latter Modernism, Complexity, Metacognition, the theory of situated cognition and so on. These theories have been brought in the teaching design, causing us to understand the teaching designs greatly further.The change of the teaching design theory requires us to scrutinize the teacher's teaching designed capacity again, Especially the rural teacher whose thought, idea relatively lagged behind, they have undertaken to take most people's responsibility of education of rural areas, more urgent need improves one's own quality. And the teaching designed capacity at the present stage trains route and research of the tactics to lack pertinence, substantial results, can not solve the practical problem.This text exactly proceeds from new theory designed in teaching, investigating the current situation of the rural physical teacher's teaching designed capacity, understanding the factor of hindering rural teacher's ability development, and on the basis of making investigations, discuss the route to improve rural teacher's teaching designed capacity. The purpose is based on the existing condition of the rural school, propose one that can be operated for the cultivation of the rural teacher, pointed and effective cultivation route.
