Teacher's professional development is the important subject of reform and development for education now. In recent years, teacher professional development center and gradually promoted to the core elements of education reform, or even be seen as the heart of the school and teaching innovation. Since 2001, China began a new round of basic education curriculum reform. The curriculum reform curriculum carried out a major reform from curriculum functions, course structure, course content, learning methods, evaluation to Course Management. Therefore, the curriculum reform presented the huge challenge to the teacher. Teachers are the perpetrators and promoters of the new curriculum. The new curriculum's reform key to success lies in the teacher, lies in teacher's career development level.Therefore, enhancing the professional development of teachers become our urgent problems.Evaluation of teacher professional development is essential for teacher professional development component is to stimulate the continuous development of teachers in his life, and continuously improve their professional quality of the effective force or mechanism. Good evaluation can provide accurate, reliable information, and provide professional development to help the decision-making, so that all teachers benefit from it. Evaluation of teacher professional development activities to record the information and determine whether these activities valuable teacher growth and provide recommendations for future improvement. Evaluation can stimulate teachers to reflect and promote their growth. Therefore, the use of evaluation tools for the professional development of teachers, education administrators and the teachers become the concern.In our teachers, rural teachers accounted for the majority of the total number of teachers. Did not comprehensively improve the quality of rural teachers, not the professional development of teachers in rural areas, the full implementation of quality education, promoting the basic education curriculum reform will be difficult to in-depth. Therefore, the professional development of rural teachers, rural teachers, professional development evaluation issues should be taken seriously. This paper surveys in shaanxi M county H Senior middle school teachers evaluation based on the present situation of teachers' professional development, discusses the existing problems, and puts forward the rural school teachers' professional development evaluation strategies.The present paper altogether divides into five parts. The first part is the introduction part, including the question proposed, the research significance as well as the literature summarize, the research technique and the paper structure four aspects. The second part has carried on the elaboration analysis to the teacher professional development evaluation correlation theories. This part explained and has limited the correlation concept, has analyzed the theoretical basis of the teacher professional development evaluation, proposed the teacher professional development evaluation was the rewards and punishment teacher appraisal and the expansibility teacher appraises the fusion development the thought, and put forward the content of teacher professional development evaluation. The third part has analyzed the Senior middle school new curriculum and the teacher career development relations, has discussed the countryside Senior middle school teacher professional development difficult position, then elaborated the countryside Senior middle school 1 implements the teacher professional development evaluation the significance, namely is advantageous in promoting the countryside Senior middle school teacher professional development, to be advantageous to the countryside high school management and the development, is advantageous in promoting the development which the countryside Senior middle school new curriculum reforms. The fourth part investigated and analyzes H high school in the M county of Shaanxi Province new curriculum to reform the condition which later teacher evaluated, including the evaluation change, the evaluation goal, the evaluation content, the evaluation criteria, the evaluation main body and the way, the evaluation result feedback, the evaluation function, the restriction evaluation factor as well as the teacher evaluation urgent problems nine aspects, proposed this school teacher career development evaluation existence question, and has analyzed its reason. The fifth part in the investigation foundation, proposed the countryside high school teacher career development evaluation six aspect implementation strategies, namely the transformation evaluation idea, the establishment promotes the teacher professional development evaluation goal, the consummation to manifest the teacher specialized characteristic evaluation content, the establishment manifests the teacher different teaching style and the different discipline difference evaluation criteria, uses determines the nature of the assessment method, Respect the dominant position of teachers, evaluation of diversification, emphasis on teacher self-assessment, the reasonable utilization multi-dimensional evaluation main body evaluation result which unifies with the quantification.
