Problems And Strategies: Analysis On Improving Communicative Process In English Classroom Between Teachers And Students

The communication between teachers and students in class is the key to complete the task of English teaching. It is also a communicative and interactive process through language information and non-language information. During the process, students can get useful knowledge and skills to improve themselves while the teachers can also make themselves perfect; lightening themselves; developing their teaching methods; improving their teaching standard. It is the key to fulfil English teaching process. However, there are still many problems existing in our English language teaching in class.The lack of humanism attainment,communicative ability in understanding different cultures,creative thinking and ignored feeling is the reason for the lack the communicative skills.The essay puts forward the strategies through examples analysis,classroom evaluation and articles study from different course aspects: educational science,linguistics, psychology: (1) Strengthen language teaching in culture to develop communicative skills in bicultural environment for students to use English. (2) Build up good evaluation educational system to motivate their interests in communication. (3) Reform interactive skills in classroom teaching to cultivate students' communicative strategies. (4) Build up new communicative models between teaches and students to expand students' communicative space. The aim of this essay is to focus on the cultivation of the communicative abilities through better interaction between teachers and students in class.
