Mathematics classroom is the main battlefield of mathematics education. The Culture of the Mathematics Classroom is the fundamental component part of mathematics education activity, and the important means of quality education implementation. It affects the teachers'and students'mathematics teaching conception, and restricts their mathematics teaching behavior. As the mathematics education reformation is developing in depth in primary and middle school, the Culture of the Mathematics Classroom is becoming an increasingly salient topic of discussion in mathematics education.Through the related literature analysis, the paper discusses the content, the structure and the characteristic of the mathematics classroom culture. Based on the above research, the paper has investigated the current situation of the culture of the mathematics classroom in elementary and middle school by the ways of classroom observation, interview, questionnaires, and so on. Studying have found that the actuality is far away from quality education with some appearance of deviation phenomena, unbalance phenomena and blankness phenomena. The reasons are incomplete evaluation system, inharmonic teacher-student relations, unmerited teaching manner, and so on. Whereafter, by contrasting the differences of the mathematics classroom culture between china and some foreign countries, the paper has surveyed anew the essentiality and the inevitability of the building of the mathematics classroom culture. In the last, the paper has discussed the paths of its rebuilding. They are renovating mathematics teaching conception, ameliorating teaching evaluation system, optimizing teacher-student relations, changing teaching manner, and so forth. Thereby, establishing the culture of the mathematics classroom that is adapted to the situation of our country and accorded with the need of quality education.
