The classroom teaching is an important environment of students'psychological education. It is an issue that all middle school teachers must face to create a harmonious and orderly healthy classroom for the students. Establishing a healthy classroom is a complicated and systematical procedure. On one hand, Teachers have to impart knowledge to the students; on the other hand, they must help the students form a good habit of independence and self-discipline. The paper studies the healthy classroom and the management of it as a whole. The basis of the healthy classroom is to give students enough carefulness and to ensure the psychological needs of students. Secondly, in the process of teaching, harmonious teacher-student relation and mutual respect and mutual confidence are also very important to the teaching. Thirdly, the essential is the effective management of the healthy classroom through the teachers'dealing with the all the elements that affecting the management by flexible tactics.
