Wuji fit ball exercise are the traditional athletics healthcare item of the chinese nation, And wide in large people for spread to be subjected to people deeply of like. This experiment studies and the analysis Wuji fit ball exercise of one year through the quantification target to the middle and old age feminine body shape, the bodily function, the physical quality, the partial immunities, the blood fats, bone density, the bodily ingredient influence, in order to further discuss them fitness the function in all the people which the fitness, prevents disease, treats an illness, attempts for further to study they "Fitness Plan in All the people" the center function to lay the foundation.The research shows that aerobic exercise significantly improves body performance, and enhances body function. However, there is a Controversy about the long time of aerobic exercise for body constitution. This research takes middle-aged women as object, with shape, function, quality, parts of immunities, the blood fats, bone density, the bodily ingredient for index, inquiry into different exercise ways of aerobic exercise to influence of the middle-aged feminine body physiology function.This experiment chooses the middle age and old female 48 people taking part in voluntarily.They are divided into four groups randomly: the rest group, the wuijianshenqiu group, the yanggewu group,the wjijainshenqiu and yangge wu(blend group for short) carrying on different exercise ways of aerobic exercise one year.1 Wuji fit ball exercise group :Exercise:Wuji fit ball exercise ;exercise intensity:controlled within the average heart rate of 130 beats/minute;exercise span and frequency:1 year,7:00----8:30 a.m.every morning .The body morphology, body comportments,physiological function,fat of blood and immunity index are examined before the exercise and after the exerciser for 16 weeks and 1 year. Then the comparison before and after exercise.2 Yangge wu group:Exercise:Wuji fit ball exercise ;exercise intensity:controlled within the average heart rate of 130 beats/minute;exercise span and frequency:1 year,7:00----8:30 a.m.every morning . Compared with after the exercise for 16 weeks ,both height and weight have no obvious changes.Compared with other aercise exercises ,height and weight have no obvious changes.2.After the Wuji fit ball exercise for 1 year, compared with before the exercise, static HR, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and vitalcapacity have obvious change. Compared with after the exercise for 16 weeks,static HR, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure, vitalcapacity have obvious change .Compared with after yanggewu group for 1year, static HR, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure, vitalcapacity have obvious change .Compared with after blend group for 1year ,the index have no obvious change.3.After the Wuji fit ball exercise for 1 year, compared with before the exercise, buttock ,the waistline, hip and leather pleat of belly of the exercise have obvious change , the last shoulder and the shoulder lower part have more obvious change. Compared with after the exercise for 16 weeks ,the indexs have no obvious change. Compared with after yanggewu group for 1year,the, bust, all of the buttock ,the waistline, hip ,leather pleat of belly, the last shoulder and the shoulder lower part have obvious change. Compared with after blend group for 1year, the indexs have no obvoious change.4.After the Wuji fit ball exercise for 1 year, compared with before the exercise, the grip index,stork stand, body of station bent have more obvious change. Compared with after the exercise for 16 weeks, both the grip index and body of station bent have more obvise change, stork stand has no obvious change. Compared with after yanggewu group for 1year,the grip index and stork stand have more obvious change, body of station bent has obvious change. Compared with after blend group for 1year, the indexs have no obvoious change.5.After the Wuji fit ball exercise for 1 year, compared with before the exercise, IgA has more obvious change ,IgM has more obvious change. Compared with after the exercise for 16 weeks, IgA has more obvious change ,IgM has more obvious change. Compared with after yanggewu group for 1 year, IgG has more obvious change, IgA and IgM have no obvious change. Compared with after blend group for 1year, the indexs have no obvoious change.6.After the Wuji fit ball exercise for 1 year, compared with before the exercise, CHO,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C have more obvious change. Compared with after the exercise for 16 weeks, CHO and TG have obvious change. Compared with after yanggewu group for 1 year, CHO,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C have obvious change. Compared with after blend group for 1year, the indexs have no obvoious change.7.After the Wuji fit ball exercise for 1 year, compared with before the exercise, protein and inorganic compound have obvious change,BMR have more obvious change. Compared with after the exercise for 16 weeks , protein have obvious change. Compared with after yanggewu group for 1 year, BMR, the fat of body and the fat percent of body have obvious change. Compared with after blend group for 1year, BMR have obvious change, the other indexs have no obvoious change.8. After the Wuji fit ball exercise for 1 year, compared with before the exercise, SOS and BUA have obvious change. BQI has more obvious change. Compared with after the exercise for 16 weeks , SOS has obvious change, BUA and BQI have no obvious change. Compared with after yanggewu group for 1 year, SOS,BUA and BQI have obvious change. Compared with after blend group for 1year, the indexs have no obvoious change.Conclusion1.After the Wuji fit ball exercise for 1 year, weight, shape, function, quality, parts of immunities, the blood fats, bone density, the bodily ingredient of the middle and aged women have got the improvement with certain degree, the result of the the Wuji fit ball group is superior to the yanggewu group.2.the Wuji fit ball exercise is an easy exercise with great effect, effectively improving and enhancing exaltation and living quality of the middle and aged women, in order to lay physiology foundation in "Fitness Plan in All the people".
