| Objective:This study is to explore the overall fitness effect and mechanism of Liuzijue Knack, by observation on the middle-aged women’s hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis, hemorheology and other indicators during their six months exercising of Liuzijue Knack. More experimental evidences and theoretical reference can be provided for the further promotion of this Health-care Qigong and enhance its fitness affect.Method:Randomly pick 25 middle-aged women as study subjects from the ones doing Liuzijue Knack in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province. Under the guidance of Qigong instructor, these participants exercise conducted in accordance with the requirements of Liuzijue Knack at a fixed time(in the morning) and site every day. Three times a week, one hour each time for six months. Test the indicators of their hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis and hemorheology. etc. before and after exercises so that to know the influence of Liuzijue Knack.Result:l.Six months exercising of Liuzijue Knack can improve practitioners’ blood rheology to some extent. All practitioners’ ESR, Arbc. and ESR K are obviously less than the ones before intervention, and there is a significant difference (P<0.05,0.01), ηL, WBRV(whole blood reduced viscosity) and τc slightly less than before the intervention, but no significant difference (P> 0.05), ηH,ηM, ηp, Fi. TK, ηc and EPT are less than the ones before intervention, but no significant difference (P> 0.05).2.After six months exercising of Liuzijue Knack, The practitioners’ total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL-C(Low density lipoprotein cholesterin) are slightly lower than the ones before intervention, with no statistically significant(P>0.05);3.Through six months exercising of Liuzijue Knack. The practitioners’ejection fraction (ET/PEP) distinctly increase (P<0.05); ejection time (ET) has some increase, but no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); Pre-ejection period (PEP), HR has decreased, but no statistically significance (P> 0.05).4. After practice, the heart to the right.arm pulse wave velocity (RhbPWV), the right ankle brachial artery pulse wave velocity (RbaPWV)mthe left ankle brachial artery pulse wave speed (LbaPWV), heart to the right ankle pulse wave velocity (RhbaPWV), heart to the left ankle pulse wave velocity (LhbaPWV) of the participant has decreased, but no statistically significance (P> 0.05).5.After six months exercising, the testee’s right ankle-brachial index (RABI). left ankle brachial index (LABI) have tend to increase (P>0.05). the time from starting point of the right ascent stage to peak (RAUT). the time from starting point of the left ascent stage to peak (LAUT) had a decreasing trend (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.For middle-aged and aged female people, six months exercising of Liuzijue Knack can enhance the aggregation and deformability of erythrocyte, reduce blood viscosity, improve blood rheology.2.For middle-aged and aged female people, six months exercising of Liuzijue Knack can reduce blood fat, and then make prevention of hyperlipidemia.3.For middle-aged and aged female people, six months exercising of Liuzijue Knack can make the heart rate, STI, ankle-brachial index, pulse wave velocity have a good change. And create an effectively preventing in the emergence and development of atherosclerosis. |
