Research purpose:With the continuous development of people's social life and constantly improve the level of people's health more and more attention to the body.Thus strengthening people physical exercise seriously attention to strengthen,with the aging of the population increasing,the level of health of the elderly is also more and more attention.Taiji ball is a smaller strength aerobic exercise program,and it has a lot of different places,and sports China traditional to Ying,Yin,throwing three parts.It is a fun,fitness,sports,beauty,movement and diversified forms of sports.Taiji ball routine athletic performance two at the same time.On this site,equipment,environment etc is small,and can be single,double,multi person game form,loved by the majority of the elderly.With the age increasing,the elderly heart and lung function,the muscle strength and flexibility of fitness decline broken health especially worthy of our attention,and many diseases are closely related to how to reduce the blood lipid,blood lipids and keep healthy is more and more scholars are very concerned about the problem,this paper is to participate in elderly subjects,for before and after Rouliqiu fitness and blood biochemical indicators were analyzed,further reflect the fitness function of Taiji the ball is soft.The force ball will provide a powerful basis for the development of middle-aged and elderly people in the future Research methods:In 19 at the age of 46-65 in the elderly for Taiji ball exercise every week for 2 months 5 times,each time for 1.5 hours or more.In contrast to the quality of the body shape,physical function and physical quality before and after the experiment,the blood index before and after test.Using exce2003 data,were analyzed by SPSS17.0.Result:1.There were no significant differences in height,weight,body fat percentage,and fat weight.There was significant difference in fat weight between the 56-65 year old group(P < 0.05)2.There was no significant difference in heart rate and diastolic blood pressure,and vital capacity showed significant difference(P < 0.01)3.There was a significant difference in sitting position,forward flexion and closed eye monocular standing in 3.46-55 years old group(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in reaction time and both hands4.there was no significant difference between red blood cells and white blood cells,and hemoglobin increased significantly Conclusion:1.Tai Chi soft ball exercise can reduce the 46-65 year-old female weight,body fat,fat weight,body fat rate,56-65 year-old female fat weight has a significant decline.Indicating that a long time to participate in Tai Chi soft ball forging effectively reduce the weight of middle-aged women to prevent obesity has a very good effect.2.Tai Chi soft ball exercise on the 46-65 year group of women's quiet heart rate,blood pressure were no significant impact on the vital capacity has significantly improved,indicating that Tai Chi soft ball exercise with oxygen to improve the transport capacity.3.Tai Chi soft ball exercise on the 46-65 year group of women's flexibility,response,balance ability has significantly improved,indicating that Tai Chi soft ball exercise can enhance the health level.4.Tai Chi soft ball exercise can reduce the 46-65 year old female blood total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,triglyceride content,can improve the high-density lipoprotein content has the role of prevention of cardiovascular disease.5.Tai Chi soft ball exercise on the 46-65 year group of women in the blood of white blood cells,red blood cells did not change significantly,but can improve the hemoglobin content,enhance the transport capacity of oxygen,thereby enhancing aerobic exercise capacity.
