The Research On Middle School IT Teacher's Professional Development

IT teacher's professional development is a completely new concept, which involves in both IT education and teacher's professional development. On the one hand, with the development of the informationization of basic education and deepening of the new round of course reform, IT education has become more and more important in basic education in our country. The most important case is IT teacher is the key to developing IT education. On the other hand, because researching on the teacher's professional development just start in our country, there are seldom research on IT teacher professional development. So, it is very important and urgent to make some research on it.This paper begins with the explaining of this topic, and analyses the situation of IT teacher and IT teacher's professional development. And then, from the three stages of teacher development'point, this paper analyses the different professionalty of teacher in these three stages, and some factor of professional development, at last, looking for some great needs in different stage and how to help them to development.In this research, besides some traditional research methods, Qualitative method is used to describe a middle school IT teacher'development. I hope to obtain some deeply thinking and reveal IT Teacher's development.
