For this project,education.Education is the key to national development and national rejuvenation.Only through the development of education,can the national innovation ability and comprehensive strength be improved.Teachers are the key and foundation of education development.The professional development reflected by teachers' teaching ability,scientific research ability,cultural accomplishment and moral quality is also an important index and content of the construction of teaching staff.Therefore,to speed up the professional development of physical education teachers is an important way to build a high level of high-quality sports teachers,but also the current livelihood projects urgently needed to be solved.This paper uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,based on the investigation of the current situation of the professional development of primary school PE teachers in Lu'an City,so to find out the development of problems and contradictions,put forward the countermeasure of teacher's professional development and promote professional development path.The pace of primary school PE teachers in Lu'an City,improve the quality and effect of primary school physical education in Lu'an City,the ultimate realization of quality education in Lu'an city primary school sports.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)level of physical education teacher education primary school in Lu'an city to reach the national regulations and requirements,age structure and professional title structure is relatively reasonable,but the high level of education,high professional title the relatively low proportion of PE teachers.(2)the scientific research ability of PE teachers in primary schools in Lu'an needs to be improved,especially the junior PE teachers are not motivated by scientific research,and the output of scientific research is insufficient.(3)primary school PE teachers in Lu'an city to the professional development of the high degree of awareness,but there are differences in age,educational structure,showing the higher education understanding more deeply,and the higher the degree of understanding but low age.(4)the primary school PE teachers in Lu'an have a correct attitude towards their careers and have a stable sense of professional responsibility.At the same time,master good professional skills,but the education of scientific knowledge is not ideal.(5)Lu'an city primary school sports teachers occupation planning has some unstable factors,some teachers have quit the idea,the main reason is the treatment of income is low,heavy workload,low status,job promotion difficult etc.(6)Lu'an city primary school physical education teachers to continue education and training demand is higher,but the effect of training satisfaction is low,single performance is simple,as the training content,practicality is not strong;at the same time,pay attention to the training of PE teachers in the school's acceptance rate is low.Therefore,it is proposed to strengthen ideological education,enhance the consciousness of professional development;increase investment,improve teachers' teaching level;accelerate the construction of teachers,improve teachers echelon;increase the continuing education and training,to promote the professional development of teachers;teacher professional development to establish scientific evaluation mechanism,promote the professional development of PE teachers;strengthen the teaching reflection and promotion the PE Teachers' professional level of suggestions and countermeasures,and provide reference for the Lu'an city primary school sports teachers' professional development.
