In recent years,with the rapid development of our society,people pay more and more attention to the development of secondary vocational education.Thus how to improve the quality of secondary vocational education has also become one of the core issues of social concern.In order to promote the development of secondary vocational education,the government has formulated a series of medium-term and long-term plans and action plans.Moreover,the promotion of the quality of secondary vocational education is relevant to the quality of secondary vocation schools' teachers.Without high-level and professional teachers,it is difficult to ensure the improvement of the quality of secondary vocational education.A efficient way to enhance the level of teachers is teachers' professional development.To research the teachers' professional development efficiently,the research takes the teachers from A private secondary vocational school as the research object and conducts empirical investigation by using questionnaires survey and interviewing from four aspects: professional ideal,professional knowledge,professional ability and individual professional character.The researches find out the present situation and the problems of the teachers' professional development in that school by using statistics and analysis.On the basis of collection and research of the literature about the secondary vocational teachers' professional development,the researches find out the concept of secondary vocational teachers' professional development.By researching the previous studies,it is found that people had already made some achievement on teachers' professional development.But at present,most of the study is done with the teachers in high schools or in elementary and secondary school.the research on the professional development of the private secondary school's teachers is not enough.According to the investigation,it is found that there are three practical problems in the professional development of secondary vocational teachers: the concept of teachers' professional development lags behind,the lack of the teachers-basedcampus cultural atmosphere and the lack of planning and pertinence of the teachers training.On the basis of the interview,this research analyses the reasons for the problems mentioned above,and then I put forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote the professional development of teachers from three aspects,such as the teacher's education idea,the culture development of the campus,and teacher training.
