Brief Summary: In the 21st century, a competition is the economic strength of competition, science and technology competition. Ultimately, a competition is the talents of competition and the talents depend on education. To this end, countries in the world gave unprecedented attention on the current education and the development of information technology in the education; attempt to be invincible in the forefront of education to international competition in the information society. This study is of great significance in an application of modern education technology in teaching.I used literature, content analysis, comparative law, test methods to analysis two classes in high school with the modern educational thinking, modern teaching and learning theory. The modern educational technology-based teaching model was used in high school grade one class two and the traditional methods of teaching in class two. First, high school chemistry textbook was analyses with the theories of modern educational technology. Secondly, a conclusion was burned .I tried to build a model of modern educational technology in teaching high school chemistry and the model of teaching chemistry, contributed to the radical chemistry curriculum transformation of the new curriculum standards. There were many things to be done in application of modern educational technology in teaching chemistry of high school. We should make continuous efforts in improvement of teacher's quality and establish appropriate evaluation system and building resources .
