All behaviors of teachers are in pursuit of happiness, but the happiness model in mind has influence on the feeling of happiness. SWB is a multi-dimensional concept, and it can be defined as having more positive feelings, less negative emotion and higher life satisfaction. Different people have different outlooks on life and values, so their general assessments on the quality of life are different. SWB of Physical Education teachers is the general assessment on the quality of life made by them according to their personal standards, and it is the own subjective assessment made by individual teachers.Previous studies of SWB mainly focused on its three aspects: current situation, measurement and influenced factors. Although there was no lack of mention of the important relations between individual factors and SWB, there were a few studies of how to enhance teachers' SWB and maintain their mental health, and the studies of P.E. teachers' SWB were even less. In view of this gap in research, this study tried to take the return of the inner world of P.E. teachers as a starting point, and it regarded the pursuit of harmony between physical and mental health as the goal. By means of phenomenology, this study discussing and analyzing SWB, pressure and influenced factors of the teachers according to the known data and results of the research, finally practical proposals were put forward for maintaining and enhancing P.E. teachers' SWB. Conclusion of the study: the maintenance and enhancement of P.E. teachers' SWB should rely on themselves establishing confidence, living positively, stimulating their creativity and balancing work and life, so they can experience the joy from inside to outside.This study had five parts. The first part was the summary of literature on the study of P.E. teachers' SWB, and introduced its current situation, significance and methods. The second part defined and sorted out SWB and its related concepts, which involved in the study. In the third part, it analyzed occupational pressure of P.E. teachers and the relationship between the occupational pressure and SWB. Positive pressure makes people forge ahead. Only teachers have a correct understanding of the pressure, can help them to protect their own sense of well-being from teaching. In the fourth part, it discussed the influenced factors of P.E. teachers' SWB from internal and external aspects. Internal factors included personality traits, health, gender differences, and target values. External factors included culture, life events, social support, the level of income, marital status. Only P.E. teachers know that each factor interacts with body and mind, can they effectively carry on the specific steps to safeguard their SWB.Part V, it raised specific proposals to maintain and enhance SWB of P.E. teachers. This is the most important part of the study. Firstly, it briefly explained the occupational background of P.E. teachers, then integrated the research base of the first four parts, and displayed a more comprehensive manner "SWB of P.E. Teachers "According to the steps of "knowing-finding-solving", it finally pointed out the specific ways to maintain and enhance SWB. That this study the reinstatement of the real host of individual P.E. teachers.
