With the continuous progress and development of the society,the pace of life is increasingly accelerated,and the social competition is more and more fierce.Parents do not want their children to lose at the starting line,students are under unprecedented pressure,the pressure of learning and well-being of primary school students is worthy of systematic and in-depth study by scholars from all walks of life.In this study,a questionnaire survey was used to study the relationship between academic pressure,coping style and subjective well-being of primary school students from grade 3 to grade 6 in a primary school in Binzhou,and conducted an intervention study on coping style through group counseling.This study consists of two parts:Study 1,used relatively mature measurement tools to investigate the academic pressure,coping style and subjective well-being of primary school students;On this basis,the author discusses the relationship between academic pressure and subjective well-being of primary school students and the mediating effect of coping style between academic pressure and subjective well-being of students.On the basis of study 1,intervention was carried out in the form of group counseling to explore the influence of group counseling on coping styles of primary school students.Research shows that:(1)There is no significant gender difference in academic pressure among primary school students,but there is significant grade difference in peer pressure,parental pressure and overall academic pressure.There are significant grade differences in the coping styles of primary school students.The subjective well-being of girls in school is significantly higher than that of boys.There are significant grade differences in subjective well-being of family,self and friends.(2)There was a significant negative correlation between the students' academic pressure and coping style,and a significant negative correlation between coping style and subjective well-being.(3)The coping style of primary school students plays a part in mediating between academic stress and subjective well-being.(4)Group tutoring can improve pupils' coping style and has stability.
