On Rational Distribution Of Tested High-level Sports Teams In Chinese Universities

Facing the impact of market economy, the original mechanism of competitive sports connotes many social problems. The tested high-level sports teams in universities is an exploring trial to shock and challenge towards the traditional competitive sports in China. Universities tested to hold high-level sports teams and developed high-level competitive sports in order to exert the integrated priority of universities, combine sports and education, making contributions to the development of competitive sports in China. The goal is to cultivate high qualified and high-level reserve sports talents, with an all round development in moral, mind, and body.No matter from the angle of need of the times, or from that of development the society, the tested high-level sports teams in universities is the necessary product in the development of history, and it is also a new developing model with the policy of "combing sports and education".The rational distribution of tested high-level sports teams in Chinese universities is discussed in this thesis by employing such methods as references and statistics. First, it recognizes the tested high-level sports teams in Chinese universities from sport and training angle. Second, the status quo of the tested high-level sports teams in Chinese universities are explained from two aspects, that is, the number of sports teams and the setting of sports items. What follows is the analysis of the rational distribution towards the influences from society, districts, economy, reserve talents, and environment, and the reasonable distribution of tested high-level sports teams in China is further discussed. In the last part, expectations to the sustainable development of tested high-level sports teams in Chinese universities are carried out to enrich and develop relevant theories for those sports teams, to serve for the high-level sports teams in provinces and districts, and to provide suggestions for the educational department to establish developing strategies for tested high-level sports teams in China.
